Los Escondidos is a lake-access subdivision of roughly 100 lots along Lake Marble Falls, in Burnet County. In 2020, the Marble Falls City Council declined to annex 38 of those lots, so Los Escondidos remains outside the city limits. That’s a real and verifiable fact worth knowing if city services and taxes factor into your decision.
Genuine Waterfront Access
This is one of the few subdivisions on our Marble Falls list with true lakefront lots. Listings here have included a private peninsula property with 1.97 acres and lake access on both sides: open water on one side, a deep-water cove on the other. Another listing offered roughly 105 feet of north-facing open-water frontage. Asking prices on the waterfront lots have recently ranged from around $1.7 million to nearly $4 million, reflecting how much lake frontage and privacy factor into value here.
Not Every Lot Is Waterfront
Not all 100 lots touch the water, so if lake access is your priority, confirm frontage and easement details on the specific property rather than assuming every Los Escondidos address comes with a dock.
