Several third-party Texas HOA directories list a Beaver Island Homeowners Association; we weren’t able to confirm current dues or governance details from a primary source, so verify HOA status directly during due diligence rather than assuming a specific fee.

Beaver Island sits in the Highland Lakes region of the Texas Hill Country, roughly 45 minutes northwest of Austin and about 90 minutes north of San Antonio. Its causeway connects the island to the rest of Granite Shoals, keeping it close to town while still feeling separate from it.
